My name is Jelena, and I am a geneticist and serial entrepreneur. I have been involved as a founder in a number of different businesses over time (I am currently on my 7th business), spanning across healthcare, life sciences, communications and creative industries. I have also been involved in setting up and running a number of charities and community groups.

I believe entrepreneurship is a deep human urge
Kids are born entrepreneurs - they are creative, fearless, and seize opportunities where they see them. I love helping adults rediscover this urge to create and build.
I believe in entrepreneurship as a vehicle for personal growth
I have worked with a range of people over time, from those looking to turn their passionate hobby into something more serious, to people already building companies and navigating the challenges that comes with.
I have loved seeing people navigate practical and personal challenges and growing from it. I believe in the power of practical actions, building and creating, to transform people into happier and more confident versions of themselves.

I offer a mixture of business and personal coaching.
I have a range of practical business skills from several decades of rapidly building and testing out business ideas across different industries. Together we will look at how to supercharge your business idea and enable you to rapidly and efficiently work towards your goals.
Alongside this, we will look at your personal background and anything that might be holding you back - whether that is fear, low self esteem or different aspects of your identity or personal history. By addressing those alongside taking practical business steps, the aim is to help unlock your potential and get you to a position where you are able to build the business and life that you want to create.
